Liferafts overhaul
multibrand

Due to the characteristics of our stations and our wide presence throughout Spain, we have agreements with several brands. In addition, we offer total or area coverage, which allows us to provide a quick response to any liferaft overhaul request.

Approved Installations

We also have facilities approved by the DGMM to carry out the corresponding revisions of your raft. We have highly qualified personnel, guaranteeing an efficient and quality service.

For the correct revision of life rafts, we will carry out an in-depth inspection:

Visual and Physical Inspection

Detailed Inspection
For the revision of liferafts we perform a thorough visual inspection to identify any damage or wear on the liferaft.

Cracking Check
We examine the fabric and seams for cracks or signs of aging and dryness.

Tightness Check
We perform tests to ensure that the basin is completely watertight, avoiding air leaks.

Inflation and Gas System

Testing of the inflation system
We verify the correct operation of the automatic CO2 inflation system.

Raft inflation
We inflate the raft to check its structural integrity and buoyancy.

CO2 Cylinder Weighing
We weigh the CO2 cylinder to ensure that it contains the correct amount of gas for effective inflation.

5 Year Gas Inflation Test:
We perform a gas inflation test every five years to ensure its effectiveness.

CO2 Cylinder Hydraulic Test at 5 Years
We evaluate the CO2 cylinder through a hydraulic test to ensure its integrity and safety.

Emergency and Security System

Emergency Equipment Expiration Check
We check the expiration date of all components of the emergency equipment, such as first aid kit, flares, parachute rockets, smoke canisters, electrical installation batteries, flashlight batteries, water and food.

Replacement of Expired Materials
We replace all expired materials to ensure the effectiveness of the emergency equipment.

Boza System Test
We test the boza system to make sure it is working properly.

Weak Link Test
We check the weak link to ensure that it will break as it should in case of an emergency.

Hydrostatic Release Test
We evaluate the hydrostatic release mechanism to ensure proper underwater activation.

Additional Pressure Test Required
We apply additional pressure to test the strength and durability of the raft.

Structure and Materials

5-Year Floor Seam Test:
For liferaft overhaul we evaluate the floor seams to ensure there is no weakening or damage.

Davit liferafts
We test the strength of the lifting elements to ensure that they will support the weight of the liferaft and its occupants.

Packaging, folding and vacuum packing
We vacuum pack ISO rafts to protect them from humidity and other environmental factors. We carefully fold the raft to ensure its proper functioning. Finally, we close and seal the container to keep the raft in perfect condition until its next use.
