The number of people rescued in these emergencies during this period were about 3,879.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black; background: white;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black; background: white;\">The causes of leisure boats emergencies have mainly been mechanical failures, stranding, leak, fire \/ explosion and sinking or overturning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black; background: white;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">We want to remind that before going out to sail one of the main priorities should be safety and prevention. Let&#8217;s not forget that even if we are a few miles from the coast, an emergency situation especially with children, can lead to an undesirable end if we are not well equipped.
